Established in 2025, the Clemson Law Review is a legal journal edited by undergraduate students at Clemson University. We publish scholarship by students and welcome submissions from judges, professors, and practitioners. Our staff writers write short analyses of recent court decisions.
What we publish
Case Summaries. Written and edited by our student staff, each summary explains a recent decision: the background, the question presented, the holding, the reasoning, and why it matters.
Volumes & Issues. Our formal digital editions collect articles, interviews, essays, and student notes.
