Supreme Court Cases

Our Sections

The CLR Forum

The Forum publishes essays and papers by accomplished legal professionals. Forum articles include both short, timely pieces on issues of pressing concern and excerpts from forthcoming papers in our formal digital editions. Undergraduate students assist with editing Forum pieces but do not author them. To submit an article for this section, please visit our "Submissions" page for further information.

Case Summaries & Student Notes

Undergraduate staff writers at the CLR write brief summaries of recent court rulings as a resource for practicing lawyers. Staff writers also have the opportunity to submit lengthier pieces of legal scholarship for publication as Student Notes.

Formal Digital Editions

The CLR periodically publishes full-length law review articles by law professors, lawyers, and judges. Please visit our "Submissions" page for additional information.

Interviews

The CLR periodically publishes interviews with top legal scholars and practitioners.
